What Phi collects
Phi stores the following data to provide personalized chart readings:
- Your birth date, time, and place — required for chart calculation.
- Your declared life context in My Reality — optional, entered by you.
- Your conversation history with Phi.
- Your subscription status.
Where your data lives
All data is stored on your device and synced through your personal Apple iCloud account using CloudKit and iCloud Key-Value Store. Syntropy Intelligence does not operate servers that store your personal data.
Conversations are processed by a language model to generate responses. Message content is transmitted to the model provider during response generation only. It is not stored, logged, or used for training.
What Phi does not do
- Sell, share, or transfer personal data to third parties.
- Display advertising.
- Use tracking cookies or cross-app identifiers.
- Access contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.
Your control
- Delete individual life facts from My Reality at any time.
- Clear all declared facts using Clear All Facts in the My Reality screen.
- Delete your entire account and all data from Profile → Delete Account.
- Account deletion removes all local data and initiates deletion of iCloud data. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately in iPhone Settings → Subscriptions.
Analytics
Phi uses privacy-respecting analytics to understand general usage patterns. No personally identifiable information is collected. Analytics can be disabled in Profile → Preferences.
Children
Phi is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
This policy may be updated. Continued use of Phi after changes constitutes acceptance.
